For a task issue, provide the public task ID, client_request_id, product alias, approximate timestamp and sanitized error. Do not send API keys, login cookies or signed media URLs in an ordinary support message.

Confirm the required output and media workflow with LSF before sending customer traffic. This document does not promise free trials, public self-service activation, a response-time SLA, permanent media hosting or universal access to every output setting.
