DATA HANDLING
Private assets Isolated tenants
LSF does not retain copies of your input or generated media. Each tenant’s credentials and asset access are kept separate.
Generation and delivery
Ordinary input and generated media are processed for your requested workflow. Download delivered media to your own storage promptly; returned URLs provide temporary access and are not a permanent media archive.
Assets you deliberately register
Assets you choose to register in your private Asset Library are stored for reuse within your tenant. Access remains subject to tenant permissions, verification and review. New generation requests validate access to referenced assets.
Upstream processing
Model and enhancement providers process media to fulfill the request. LSF’s media-retention statement describes LSF’s handling; it does not replace the upstream provider’s policies or make a model-training commitment on its behalf. Contact LSF for the processing arrangements applicable to your service.
Account and usage records
Tenant credentials, access permissions, task references and account or billing records are separate from copies of your media. They support authenticated access, usage accounting and request troubleshooting.
